Have the job reference ready
It looks like URV-2026-000123, and it's on every email and receipt. It identifies the professional, the hourly rate, when the timer started and what was charged. With it we look at the same record you can see, instead of asking you to describe it.
What the record contains
Who attended, when the work started and ended, the hourly rate and the final receipt. URVO shows the same record to the customer and to the professional — there is no version of events that only one side can see.
Account and payments
For a charge you do not recognise, send the job reference and the date. For anything about your account, write from the address the account uses: we will not discuss an account with someone we cannot identify.
